Does absolutely nothing

Purchased during the spring 2025 event hoping it would help with dark circles and dehydration. After using daily for 6+ months, I can confidently share this hydrates mildly well and that's it. Feels like it would hydrate better based on it's thicker consistency. No difference in dark circles or general darkness around the eye area. Also caused occasional milia. Snake oil.

This was a fine eye cream that did not do a thing for my dark circles. I purchased specifically for its claims to target dark circles so would not recommend for that issue. At the price, there are plenty of comparable cheaper options. Also took a whole star off for the pot design, it’s so bad!!

It doesn’t work

Provides a nice moisture. Does jt help with dark circles? No… The product has little bit of shimmer and that’s what gives the impression that is making the under eye lighter, but it’s not. Of course it also depends a lot on the conditions of your under eye, but if it’s purple coloration caused by veins in the area, this is going to do nothing.

Very honest review with a funny story

I have always had DARK circles under my eyes. I have a lazy eye and have had many eye surgeries, so literally since i was a child i’ve had them. I bought this a long time ago, and used it hear and there, but not religiously, and then I eventually got pregnant and didn’t want to use it during pregnancy because i couldn’t find anywhere that it said it was safe for pregnancy. I started up using it 1-2x a day about 3 weeks ago. My jar is running kind of low, and i thought it seemed like it was working, but i couldn’t tell for sure, and since its pretty pricey, i was going to ask my husband if he noticed a difference before I committed to repurchasing. The other day at lunch, he wqs saying how nice my face looked (i had no makeup on) and, i said “oh yeah, i’ve been meaning to ask you, do you think my under eye treatment is working? I’m not wearing any makeup, and i feel like my circles are less noticable” - the shock on his face lol. “You’re not wearing makeup?! this is just from skincare??” I said “yeah, its working right? my jar is running low, so i wanted to ask your opinion before buying more as its expensive” he immediately said “oh yeah, buy more, that works. i’ve never seen your under eyes look so bright”. Then yesterday, again he was staring at me and goes “yeah, your dark circles are like completely gone, i cant believe that stuff works so well” hahah. Sooo needless to say, this is a new holy grail item (of which i have very few), that i will now be repurchasing forever, and the recommendation cant get any better than my husbands pure look of shock on his face when i told him my eyes look like this from just a cream haha.

Pleasant surprise ~Day and Night approved

I went in blind and I purchased the product with a discount (I think it was my points) in order to get a perfume sample offer and because I was going to be needing a new eye cream. This had good reviews and I am here to add to those. I don’t mind fragrance in a product, but if you do this is very mildly scented. (Unlike my Shiseido). It smells lightly of rose water. I like the consistency…it is thin enough to use under makeup, but works well overnight. I am waking up with smooth skin and no puffiness. The lack of five stars is due to the fact that I am used to a heavier crème for my nighttime routine , but if this delivers similar results over time I am ok with it. Overall this is a pretty fantastic all around eye cream that can move seamlessly between your day and night skin regimen. Another win for Lancôme.

Holy Grail for Dark Eye Circles

I can't say enough good things about this eye cream. I have tried out so many creams and patches for my under eye circles, and this is literally the only thing that has worked on them! My skin is super fair, and with age and lack of sleep because of my job, I have developed purple under eye bags. I use this at night and in the morning and it literally helps so so much. I have been using now for over a year and will never use anything else. Yes it's pricey, but I can't live without this! It did take some time before I noticed lasting results, but after my first use I did see a difference in my eyes. My eyes were so bad and made me so insecure that I was considering getting fillers. I'm so glad I tried this first!! I would say try this out for a couple months first before making a decision on if it works or not. It not only took away my dark under eyes, but brought down the puffiness too.
