I’ve used this eyeliner for more years than I care to say. Most of my life it’s been great-smooth application and good pigmentation. But the past several years it breaks when applying at least half the time. And I’m careful about not twisting it out too far. So now on a new eyeliner quest. Do better Clinique!

I use the Clinique Quickliner in Dark Chocolate, and it’s the perfect softer alternative to black, This eyeliner is the perfect softer alternative to black, especially for fair skin.
It glides on smoothly and I also love that it’s retractable, so there’s no sharpener needed. The smudge tool on the opposite end is handy too. It's the small details, but they make a big difference for convenience.

I have been using this for several years now and will continue to do so. It has been the best eyeliner so far but honestly it could be better. It goes on smoothly and is easy to remove but the color is a bit uneven and not saturated. Also, there isn’t much product in the tube so be prepared to replenish often. Total garbage. Contains bismuth oxychloride, which makes absolutely no sense in a supposedly hypoallergenic product. It irritated my eyes and turned my skin red. On top of that, the color payoff was disappointing, it skipped when applying, and bled. Definitely not worth $24!
