This is a nice hydrating mask. I have acne-prone skin that tends to need a little extra moisture without being too heavy or occlusive. Sephora Hydrate Sleeping Mask and a quick solution for my skincare needs. Although the mask can be worn overnight, I prefer to use it as a wash-off mask leaving it on for 10-15 minutes. I find using it overnight leaves my skin sticky and tacky. After rinsing off this mask my skin feels smoother and plump. The only thing I did not like about this is the cap. Otherwise this is a lovey product for just about all skin types looking to add moisture and hydration to their skin. Product was received as a part of an educational promotion

For the price I think there are better masks out there. I did like the jelly texture but felt more like a surface mask and not really something that penetrates the skin.

This sleeping mask is honestly good, just not a must-have for me.
The texture is one of my favorite parts. It’s a lightweight gel that feels really nice on the skin and doesn’t leave any sticky or heavy feeling. It absorbs well and layers easily, especially at night.
When I wake up, my skin feels hydrated with a soft glow. Nothing dramatic, but definitely refreshed. I didn’t experience any breakouts or irritation, so it’s a very gentle formula.
As someone who uses retinol regularly, I didn’t notice a huge difference compared to using my regular moisturizer. It works more as a basic hydrating step rather than something that really enhances results.
As an esthetician, I would probably recommend something more advanced if you’re trying to target dehydration or barrier repair. But for beginners or younger skin, this is a solid option that’s easy to use and non-irritating.
Overall, it’s a good product that does what it claims, but it’s not something I’d go out of my way to rave about.

I like this mask, but not on its own. It has a blue creamy jelly texture that spreads easily, though by itself it feels a bit sticky on my skin. What worked much better for me was using a milky toner first, then sealing everything in with this sleeping mask. That made it feel more refreshing, more hydrating, and much less tacky. I also like that it contains glycerin and sunflower oil, which help my skin feel soft, comfortable, and nicely moisturized by morning. Used alone, though, it’s too tacky for me.

The Sephora Quenching Sleeping Mask is a solid product. I enjoyed the amount of hydration my skin received and the silky texture of the mask. The directions say you can simply wipe off the excess after 10 minutes, but I did rinse my face as this tends to break me out. My skin looked well hydrated and calm after use. There does not appear to be any scent to the mask that I could pick up and no chemical smell as well. I would recommend this for those in need of deep hydration or an overnight mask. The packaging seems to be a new type of flip lid where only half the lid pops open, requiring less plastic than that of traditional mask bottles which is appreciated.

A great overnight mask
I’ve been using this on nights when my skin feels dry, tired, or overworked, and it has been a really nice reset product. The gel texture feels cool and refreshing going on, and it absorbs better than I expected for a sleeping mask. It doesn’t leave my pillow sticky or make my face feel heavy. By morning, my skin looks more rested, smoother, and definitely more hydrated. I especially like it after travel days or after spending too much time in dry air because it helps bring moisture back fast. It gives that plump, healthy look without needing a complicated routine. Sometimes I also use a thinner layer for ten minutes if I need a quick boost before getting ready. If your skin needs hydration but you dislike thick overnight masks, this is a great option.

Sleeping Hydration Mask
The Quenching Sleeping Mask is an overnight mask that helps your skin rehydrate. It comes in a tube with an interesting cap. I found it to work without problems. I frequently struggle with dry skin since I use a prescription retinol and find myself needing extra moisture. I wore this hydration mask on top of the tretinoin after letting it absorb into the skin for 15-20 minutes and on top of another moisturizer. I used it 2-3 times per week with good results. I found my skin to be moisturized and less irritated than usual. While I did enjoy the product, I struggle to justify adding yet another product into my routine that is not necessary. I think that using a moisturizer twice would suffice or give a similar enough result but if you are interested in trying this mask, it works as advertised and hydrates well. I received this as a part of an educational promotion.
