Delivered to me looking used and smudged. I was so excited for this to come in. When I opened the packaging, I saw it wasnt wrapped in plastic (thats fine). It when I opened the lipstick tube, I saw it wasnt wrapped smudged and had debris on the lipstick cream. Looks used and has dead skin on it. Gross and a hazard.

Great neutral lip
Tried on several colors in-store and preferred this. (Runners-up included Love Bite, Suit Up, and Intense Nude.) I prefer the sheer, slightly shimmery feel of the Pure Color Crystal. Of course, I always hope to find a color to replicate my all-time favorite lipstick your Pure Color Long Lasting Beige #112. It was a perfect pinky/mauve/brown with a bit of shimmer. If you'd just always make that, I'd never have to waste time trying all these other brands to find something similar! At least this one has the same scent I remembered...fig? Hope you at least keep this one in the rotation. It's a perfect all-around lipstick color.
