good product but packaging issues
The pencil itself is good although I would prefer if it were even slimmer for more precision. My issue is with the packaging. The cap so firmly grips the pencil that it usually pulls off the top of the pencil from the longer plastic stick. (As in, it breaks apart.) Often I end up having to pull so hard that I accidentally break off a bit of the pencil. I probably wasted a quarter of the pencil with this issue. It's frustrating to deal with on a busy weekday morning.

Stellar Brow Pencil!
100000/10 I never write reviews, but this brow pencil if all i need to have natural looking brows. Been using Anastasia for years. First Blonde, then Taupe. Both were a tad too warm for me. Grey Blonde Bobbi Brown pencil is perfection. It is warm enough to be light brown, not grey, yet cool enough to be ash. Perfection of a shade!
Also, both ends of anastasias brow pencil are black and it was the most annoying thing. Sometimes I don't need any brush and with this pencil I know which end is the pencil.
It is also a rectangle in shape and easy to draw single hairs with unlike Anastasia which is round.
The cherry on top is that this pencil is not as creamy as Anastasia, so it is easy to be precise, it doesn't draw blobs, instead it draws lines.
This pencil belongs in brow heaven.
BRAVO Bobbi Brown! This is my 1st Bobby Brown product and I own a ton of makeup, but such attention to detail in one tiny but very essential product is truly impressive.
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PENCIL LET ALONE THE SHADE GREY BLONDE

I won't purchase this eyebrow pencil ever again. For one, it's expensive for what's offered. There is hardly any product or doesn'thave strong pigment, and the pencil breaks very easily. every time it used it, a piece of the pencil would break off. the pencil would often out of the container. total waste of money.
