I ordered online since I could not get to a store at the time. I was sent a slightly used powder the first time. When I called and said this was not satisfactory for sanitation reasons, your representative was very understanding and replaced the order within a couple day without any problem. I was impressed with the speed and the manner in which Macys handles their customer service. Customer service is almost non-existent these days. Thank you.

Great Product!
I love this powder BUT why did Lorac change the amount of pressed powder in this compact and keep the same price?? Very disappointing...so, I will continue to only purchase when it's on sale :)

HOLY SMOKES! I cannot believe how good this looks on 50+year old skin. It hides the pores and goes on dewy and not cakey. I've tested about 30 powders and this is def the top 3. Wow! A little goes a long way. Used a puff and sprayed with fixer. OMG

Loved the powder, but no applicator included
Loved the powder, but it does not come with an application sponge/puff. Packaging does not accommodate room to hold one. Would give this a 5 star if it came with a sponge/puff to use for application.
