Beautiful color! The texture is a smooth mousse-like consistency. In testing, it stained pretty well, and color remained on my lips even after showering. Downside would be how dry it feels on the lips after the initial 5 minutes or so, and like with many mattes, you need a mirror to be sure you're applying it evenly. Also, shade range is limited, and it's pricey compared to other longer-lasting lip colors and stains.

I really wanted to love this product. I’m a huge fan of Bisou Balm and had very high hopes for this. The color is lovely and the scent is pleasant but the texture was odd, didn’t spread well, and dehydrated my lips.

Instant favorite
Instantly my new favorite. I've been looking FOREVER for a nice, longwearing lip color. I bet I've spent hundreds of dollars on stuff that just doesn't hit right. Until now. I'm sooo happy with this product. I bought the Syrah Fume and Mon Cheri. Syrah is spot on and Mon Cheri is great for a lightly less dramatic look.

"Moisturizing?" Not a bit. It's dry as dirt, to the extent that it feels uncomfortable on the lips. But that's not all: it does not look good. The dry formula clings to every single tiny imperfection in your lips and accentuates all of them. What's to like about this product? Nothing.
