Fantastic product BUT mold grew in cap

I have to give this product 3 stars because the product is amazing, but the packaging is not. The product is so moisturizing, cleans well, and always gets makeup and sunscreen off easily. It's very good for my sensitive skin, and lathers nicely. One of my favorite cleansers ever probably. Unfortunately, the packaging is the downfall here. The bottle is growing mold or mildew in the cap. In fairness, I keep this bottle in my shower, but it sits away from the stream of water, and I've always done this with facial cleansers and never experienced this before. Experiment - if you change the packaging I will give this a 5/5 stars. But the icky cap bumps it down to a 3.

Gentle and hydrating!

I've been using this product for a while now and I've gotta say, it is very gentle and hydrating! I feel that it's great for sensitive skin, which I have, and does not have a weird smell or fragrance. I typically double cleanse, with an oil based cleanser to remove makeup, and then would go in with this product, so I can't speak to how this product would work in removing makeup. Overall good product.
