Not effective
I used the original purple bottle of this serum for years and saw an improvement in lifting and lines. Since you discontinued it and I tried the new version I find it not useful. My face is sagging and there is no lift. It's a waste of money to buy the gray bottle. I will not purchase it again. It does nothing for my skin.

Protectionist Pro Review
Please please bring back the original purple bottle (Estee Lauder Perfectionist Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum), after applying this it immediately reduced the look of lines and was firming. I used this as a primer before applying makeup and it did the trick! It was my go to for years and used it daily. Why did this go away? So many of your customers are looking for this and no other product delivers like this one with reducing the look of lines. It differentiated you in the market place. Please bring this back!
I've been using your other current option, the Perfectionist Pro. I've been using since I haven't be able to get the purple bottle. If feels good but NOT THE SAME EFFECT, DOES NOT MASK the LOOK OF LINES. I'm now on the look to find something else in another brand that works better.
