Stands the test of time
Had this for about 7-8 years and it just now bit the dust. I’ve tried several different straighteners and nothing I’ve ever had before worked as well, lasted as long, with no tugging, smooth hair faster (I have thick wavy/curly hair).

Way too expensive for it only lasting 5 uses
Bought this less than a year ago, used it maybe 5 times and it just died this morning half way through my hair. I have only ever used it on medium heat so I am extra mad. Looks perfectly fine but no longer heats up.

I had the first version of this straightener years ago when it first came out. This company outdid itself. It literally takes one pass for my hair to be perfectly straight. I can straighten my thick frizzy hair on the go in under 15min. My old one lasted me about 10 years until I left it in a hotel room or it would still be going strong. Definitely worth the price.

Straightens well but my hair catches on the sides of the plates and it pulls my hair out. So disappointed considering the amount of money spent. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend.

The old style of the one pass worked much better. My 3 year old one pass finally gave out. It was my 3rd one in probably about 10 years. If you liked the old style, you won’t like this. They’ve changed the position of the silicon strips and it doesn’t work as well. I wouldn’t recommend if you have thick hair.
