I used to love this product. I used it on my waterline and really liked the results. Once you get 60% of the way through the pencil it drops off in quality. The pencil will constantly break and it feels chalkier, doesn’t go on smoothly. I’ve bought it twice now with similar outcomes. I also wouldn’t use it on anywhere except my waterline - I think using it on the upper lid it would be too chalky and not smooth in application from the beginning.
