This fragrance is not what I expected at all.... and not in a good way! I was so disappointed. I couldn't even give this perfume away. The smell is very masculine.

I wish I had a positive review to leave. I love Borntostandout! I have so many of those fragrances but this one did not do it for me. I love a good banana perfume- this is not that. It’s so intrusive the minute you spray it- you’re immediately grimacing trying to escape it. When I returned it, the lady at Sephora wanted to smell it - sure I was wrong about it- and she immediately said how gross it was.

No banana whatsoever. It doesn’t even smell like the facility making this perfume had a banana in house. Highly letdown as some have compared it to a banana bread or monkey bread scent. Tigerbalm with a hint of cinnamon. Worthy of a return but return policy has changed.

When I tried BORNTOSTANDOUT’s Nanatopia perfume, I immediately loved it! I've been testing out LOTS of banana-scented perfumes all spring, but this one definitely stands out. The smell starts with a very realistic banana scent. It’s like opening a perfectly yellow banana and smelling that fresh, sweet aroma. About 30 minutes later, the smell develops into a warm, sweet scent reminiscent of homemade banana bread. Different base smells could have made this perfume lose its charm, but it has great staying power and interesting depth. I think the sweetness from the tonka bean is sensual now in warm months, but will probably be more cozy in chiller months. I want to learn more about the ingredients Orcanox and Cypriol oil because I haven’t heard of them before, but I’m thinking they help make this scent feel complete. Overall, my gamble that this would be a “fancy banana bread” scent paid off, and it exceeded my expectations for wearability, longevity, artistry and quality. I’d recommend this to anyone a bit tired of the usual vanilla, fruity, fruity floral, amber or sandalwood perfumes. If you like other banana scents, this is a must-try!! I also HIGHLY recommend the BORNTOSTANDOUT discovery set to explore this incredible brand. That set has a lot more “safe blind buy” pleasers, but still full of unique, memorable perfumes.

This perfume smells bad. To me, it smells like tiger balm and fake banana. It’s pretty offensive to me. I got a sample of Born To Stand Out perfume (forgot which one) but apparently the actual scent was switched out to this one, which I still tried it and it’s awful

I like this one—not like anything common in the niche perfume industry right now. I only wish I could smell the banana more. On my skin, I get more rum and cinnamon. Definitely a nighttime scent—daytime would be too cloying . Lasts for hours but projection is more like a close to skin or close proximity to smell it. I think it’s worth the try even blind buying like I did. be
