Too heavy for me

To my nose, this fragrance is very heavy and overwhelmingly vanilla. While the bottle is cute, I had to scrub the fragrance off me I disliked it so much. Try on your skin before you buy!

Turning heads with this smell

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Dolce and Gabbana devotion is a beautiful warm fragrance That is both elegant And comforting. The opening is a bright delicious candied citrus with comforting warm notes of vanilla. They sent last all day. I was hoping for a bigger sample but I will have to buy a bigger bottle.

Blind Buy that paid off

so my initial thought was it smelled like those flower shaped scent soaps from my grandma's bathroom...was really prepared to return it. gave it a few days and tried it again and im so glad I didnt return it. the soapy effect is gone it is just soft and sweet without feeling like a kids perfume. it really doesnt project much, which for me is okay bc im not really supposed to wear anything at work so I do think it will be a safe choice. that said, most of my perfumes I only need 1-2 sprays and am able to be smelled from a few feet away (not one to drown in perfume and leave a trail behind me), with this I did like 4 sprays to chest, 1 to wrist and 1 to elbow and you still couldn't smell it unless you were right next to me. for as costly as it is Im honestly surprised.

Suggested Usage:

Eau de Toilette or Eau de Parfum?:
The difference lies in the volume of perfume oil. While EDT contains five to nine percent, EDP contains more, usually eight to 14 percent. EDPs, therefore, last longer and smell more intense.
