Exp date is low
I purchased the BeautySpace California Love set from Bloomingdales in April and was excited to try the products. However, I was disappointed to find that one of the items in the set has an expiration date of June 2026, giving only about two months of usability from the time of purchase.
This is an unreasonably short shelf life for a product sold as new, especially without any clear disclosure at the time of purchase. It makes the product difficult to fully use and significantly reduces the overall value of the set.
I understand that beauty boxes may include a variety of items, but customers should be informed if any product is close to expiration. Transparency in this regard is important, particularly for a retailer positioned in the premium segment.
Overall, the concept of the set is great, but this experience has made me more cautious about purchasing similar boxes in the future.
