I wish I could give it zero stars

I read about this palette and watched several YouTube videos and finally decided to purchase it. The palette is beautiful and the neutral matte shades were what I was looking for. The problem? The fallout was unreal. It rivaled that of a nuclear explosion. I have never been so disappointed in a higher price point eyeshadow palette. It also did not give me much color on my lids. I had to apply it several times. Then I tried it with eyeshadow primer and that did not help. I immediately returned it. Come to think of it, I return the lip liner, because it broke on first application (I am very gentle with my products and brushes). I also returned the lipstick as it dried my lips out. Patrick Ta is not for me. It is a shame, because I liked the colors of the eyeshadow palette, but definitely a no go.
