The shades of this complex fragrance are multiple. Even if it gives the impression of a delicate harmony, the sensations go crescendo. Worst online retail experience ever - won't return
I've never had a worse online experience! I found Macy's when searching for this difficult-to-find perfume, was happy that they stocked it, and ordered promptly. After that, I waited forever to see any meaningful update about fulfillment. When I finally contacted Macy's support to ask why they hadn't shipped, I was passed to an AI which told me that it *had* shipped (in defiance of the track I could see). After a few more days, I asked to escalate and was passed to a *different* AI - no improvement. Finally, I got a notice from the clear blue sky that my refund had been processed. What? I never requested a refund or cancellation - I was waiting for perfume still! Track told me later that the carrier had never picked up the item after weeks of waiting - so possibly Macy's never had it in stock at all.
I have since purchased this perfume elsewhere and will never invest my time and hope in Macy's again. One star is far more than these boneheads deserve. I spit on their noble history turned retailing grave.
