The Best Smelling and Moisturizing Handsoap, I've EVER Used!
I first used L'Occitane hand soap and other products on Norwegian Cruises ships in the Haven Suites. I absolutely Loved the smell every time I washed my hands. We were at an airport once, and I saw the L'Occitane store. Had no idea I could buy it and they had stores. Bought my first bottle and refill. I don't have dry hands anymore in the winter, it's amazing! I also put it in my kitchen sink dispenser, cause I love the smell so much!

Bottle is not right
I have used this product for years!! The new bottle looks ok but the pump doesn't give enough product when you press it! It's like a half pump instead of a full pump. Not sure I will keep buying this or maybe this bottle will be improved. Could it be defective??

I would not buy this product again in this current form
I have been using Verbena liquid hand soap for years. This is my first purchase under the new name and bottle. The new smell is horrible! It smells like something is burnt and it does not moisturize like it used to. Please bring back the other formulation. It was so much better. I signed up for auto ship which I will now have to cancel sadly.

Terrible new bottle
It is a shame the plastic bottle is so cheap and doesn't live up to the quality of l'occitane and definitely not right for the price point of this product. Please do tin, glass or anything more luxurious to keep up with the competition.

The new lightweight round bottle is horrible. I love the heavier rectangular bottle. Now it looks cheap. I will never buy it. How could you change to a lighter weight ugly bottle? Just to save money? You have ruined it for me.
