The yellow envelop dirty and inside the bottle no lock the seal is open cream have people touch i bought grand new not the use one. how big company Macys have this is problem unbelievable. so bad you are need to inspect before shipping out to customer .

Fragrances are fine - not packed well for shipping
Received order this morning. Fragrances: Jasmine- Lavender and Lavender - Lilac are fine. Jars wrapped in bubble wrap, however, the tops were loose - silver seals open, not adhesed. The Lavender-Iliac had started to spill out of the jar.
A small box would have secured the shipping better than the envelope packaging.
