extremely disappointed!
Extremely disappointed. The jacket arrived damaged, with a ripped inner seam that looks like it was previously repaired or had stitching removed. It also appears to be a returned or used item. The original Ralph Lauren tags were missing, and instead it had a Macy's tag with handwritten price changes in marker. Selling an item in this condition as new is unacceptable. I expected much better quality control from Macy's.
