Would not recommend on straighter hair 
For the price, this should have a temperature control. I like how it leaves my hair, but I feel like it’s way too hot for my hair. It damages it a lot. Would not recommend on thin hair.

It’s a no for me

This hot brush is AMAZING!! Nothing has made my hair this silky smooth AND it cut my hair styling time by time and a half! I have super coarse curly hair and I only needed 1-2 passes for large chunks of hair. The only con is the button placement as I kept pressing the button when styling.

Yes!!!!! New hair styling product always give me a pause as they all tentatively do the same thing. However, this works! this works specifically when you air dry your hair and you need a little help with styling- I have really curly hair (more of a of a wave) long hair and a lot of it. To my surprise, it took me eight minutes to from beginning to end to do my hair and have it looking like I went to the dry bar! I love this brush. For reference, my hair is a little longer than boob length, I got the jumbo. I think the medium would work well too. This one has a bigger curl that looks more of a blow dry.

Suggested Usage: -Start with fully dried hair and apply a heat protectant. -Tap the power button to turn the tool on. -Wait for the double beep—it signals the brush is warmed and ready for use.
For Major Root Volume: -Over-direct horizontal sections of hair and place the hot brush underneath, near the roots. -Hold for a few seconds, then slowly glide the brush down the lengths for lifted, voluminous hair.
