Lancome used to make the best mascara on the market in the high end spectrum. I think they changed the tube packaging because now mouth of it. It’s too white so the brush been on the thinner side picks up too much product and makes your eyelashes clumpy but even more than that eat transfers to your under eye in upper every time.
I have naturally very long lashes and I do full every single day and I never had as much as a problem with a mascara as I do with this one
The tube should have a suction mechanism at the end so the brush doesn’t take out that much product
