At first I thought "what a waste of money i could've just used vaseline" because i was using it under matte lipsticks.
It does its magic under liquid matte lipsticks. if you're a big lip velvet, stain, liquid lipstick, ect fan this help keeps your lips moisturized all day and minimizes transfer.
It almost feels like the liquid lipstick is melting and becoming one with my liner and my lips. Love it.
