I recently had my hair colored back to bright blond and it felt pretty damaged so I splurged on this. My hair is a world of difference since using it. The only reason I gave it 4 is the smell is so so strong! It’s great but it’s like using a full perfume on your head. If you are not used to or don’t like intense smell I might try something else but the product is truly great otherwise.

i am another one with bumps after.using. $$$$
I had a sample. It seemed nice. at this price I i thought I was getting the best shampoo out there. the packaging is beautiful and impressive. after reading reviews I now know why I have bumps
On the back of my scalp, which I never, ever had before. I just gave it a try again today and the bumps are back so there must be something in there that some of us are having a reaction to. What a shame.

Disappointment, never again
Used to love the silkening shampoo for years and loved, the new formulation is absolutely horrific. It gave me a rash and clogged my pores, my hair was yellow and lifeless after wash and the smell made me gag. The smell doesn't wash off either. I don't recommend if you have sensitive skin and don't like strong smells. Or yellow blonde hair.

Phenomenal. Finally a chelating shampoo that isn’t too harsh for my heavily highlighted hair! Even though it’s a purplish-grey hue, it doesn’t dull my blonde if I use it weekly and my hair accepts conditioner SO MUCH BETTER since I began using this shampoo. I was suffering from tons of breakage and my highlights would always look brassy/dull 2 weeks after getting them refreshed; but the newly reformulated Heart of Glass shampoo combined with the Heart of Glass conditioner, plus using the mask once weekly before the conditioner, has made a major change in my hair. My stylist couldn’t believe how healthy my hair looked after just three weeks!

Nourishing and smells so good
a natural blonde sometimes I feel like my hair is always out to get me. This shampoo however being specifically for blondes feels like it’s a perfect fit. It nourishes my hair while also not diminishing the blonde color. I do have some balayage highlights so I’m nervous about losing color, but I haven’t had any issue since using this shampoo. I do a scrub and then a rewash to make sure my scalp is getting clean and I have zero complaints!!

Great shampoo
This shampoo does a wonderful job cleaning my hair and scalp all while not drying out my hair. I have pretty damaged hair from frequent bleaching and I pair this shampoo with the Davines rich conditioner and it leaves my hair feeling and looking silky soft and smooth.
