I want to file a complaint about the pump on this OUAI hand lotion.
It is extremely difficult to open and very unclear how it’s supposed to work. I kept twisting it with no indication of when it would unlock, and eventually I unscrewed it completely just trying to figure it out. While doing this, the tip of the pump somehow scratched the white part of my eye, which is honestly concerning.
This is not user-friendly packaging. A basic dispenser shouldn’t require guesswork or force to open. Clear instructions or a better pump mechanism are needed.

Horrible packaging
The lotion is FANTASTIC. It has a strong smell but it's very pleasant to me, but the pump is completely broken. I didn't want to return it and be wasteful, so the whole thing is just incredibly unpleasant to use since I have to use the wand to fish product out.

This was such a disappointing product. I hated the smell right away. Very overpowering and not in a good way. Keep in mind, lightweight is the
keyword.This does not moisturize well. It's very thin for hand lotion and it did not absorb well. Lesson learned in ordering online. The packaging is kinda chic; the fragrance ingredients sounded lovely but not for me. I was looking for a lighter hand lotion that wasn't heavy and greasy, that I could put on during the day. I expected that the price point that it would be more luxurious.But yeah, this is a hard pass for me. Unfortunately it was well past the return date when I finally had time to call and see if it could be returned.
