Bought to sharpen my makeup pencils after my old pencil sharpener developed rust on the blades. Works well, however I just received it last week, hopefully it will last.

This doesn’t even sharpen the UD pencils! A complete waste

Needs attention from Sephora I purchased this product and it arrived damaged (broken). I did not use it at all because I wanted to exchange it. What makes this situation worse is the attitude I experienced in-store. Instead of trying to resolve a clear issue, I was given different excuses at each location, and at the final store, the product was not even inspected before refusing help due to the return period. This reflects a lack of accountability and consistency in customer service. Customers should not have to visit multiple stores and be turned away repeatedly for a product that was defective from the start. I expect Sephora to take responsibility for this situation and handle it properly. I visited three different Sephora stores to resolve this issue. At the first two stores, they refused to exchange the product and gave different excuses. By the time I went to the third store, they did not even check the product and simply said the return period had passed. I cannot keep going back and forth between stores every day. This product was never used, and the damage was not caused by me. Despite this being a product issue, no solution was offered. I am requesting a proper resolution — either an exchange or a refund. This experience is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expected from Sephora.

It’s a great sharpener. I love how this product was made and how it has two size sharpeners!

I know this is crazy to write a review on a sharpener, but trust me I’ve had a few and this one is definitely top-tier. I don’t even know how to explain it. It just sharpens well. And does not destroy your product.

Sharpens everything from pencil lip liners to urban decay eyeliners. PSA (may be a duh moment but) it works for all brands lol. The reviews do not lie simply.

This is the best sharpener I’ve ever tried. Blade is sharp and sturdy, lid stays firmly in place and is easy to remove. The overall quality is great. Why buy cheaper sharpeners you will have to replace more often? You’ll end up spending the same money for lower quality.

This is the key to keep your UD eyeliners from breaking off. I wish they would provide a small version with the liner for the price bc it’s going to become dull and I’m not buying another $13 sharpener.
