Leaky packaging ruined the product
I really like the lip gloss formula itself, it’s smooth, looks beautiful on the lips, and feels great. However, the packaging is a big issue.
The product leaks a lot, even when it’s just sitting in my bag. Because of that, I can’t take it with me when I go out, since it ends up making a mess and getting everywhere. I’ve already lost about half of the product without even using it much.
It’s disappointing because the gloss itself is great, but the packaging makes it very impractical to use. I wouldn’t repurchase unless this issue is fixed.
