I’ve used Bumble and Bumble for 25 years and they are consistently great! If you wash your hair a lot- this is your answer. Plus it smells fantastic! Any of the options are great- I also like the volume shampoo and conditioner. This is a Sid product

I purchased this Gentle Shampoo from Sephora several times since Bumble and Bumble had stopped using Methylisothiazolinone (MI) in this specific shampoo (it is a known allergen - and it gives me a crappy skin reaction) so I stopped checking for it as an ingredient because I thought it was no longer used in this product as I had received many bottles that did not include it, and Sephora also does not list it as an ingredient online. I had a really intense itching dermatitis reaction last week from head to toe and thought we had a bug infestation or something as I couldn’t sleep the itching was so bad - nope. Ends up that the bottle I was shipped included MI again! I contacted Sephora, and they said they wouldn’t exchange it because it has been longer than 60 days since purchase. So, thanks for selling a product which is misrepresented online, Sephora, admitting it, and then saying there is nothing you will do per the policy to rectify it. At least update the ingredients online! Obviously, now I will be more careful to check for MI no matter what is posted online on Sephora’s site or what I’ve received before. Had to toss it - very disappointed in the product and in Sephora’s customer service.

After using this product for almost a month because i wanted to make sure I gave it a chance I personally did not like this product. It dried out my hair a lot. I have very long and very thick hair and it might not be the product for me but i just wanted to let yall know that it can be drying and stripping.

I have used this product for many years. The price has nearly doubled in the past few years. That's not inflation.

Bumble hair products are just the best. This shampoo and the conditioner that is part of the same line leaves my hair so nourished, and it smells incredible.

I have tried a ton of different brands, trying to find a good shampoo for my fine hair, and I always end up back with Gentle shampoo. It makes my hair look and feel super clean and shiny. I use it almost every fay and it always looks great!

For the first few washes this was like a dream come true! It did exactly what it promised to: cleaned my hair without stripping it in any way or weighing it down. Lathered very nicely too and the scent - just wow! I think it's Freesia or Magnolia (not too sure) but I'd catch a whiff of my hair hours after washing and think "that is such a lovely fragrance". I was in love, but this love affair was not meant to last! Eventually my scalp started to itch in protest, as it just wasn't effective enough at cleansing. The daily oil and sweat accumulated more and more by the day, as it wasn't being removed properly. Stopped using it, and switched back to my Briogeo Charcoal shampoo which I love but cannot use too often. Gave 'Gentle Shampoo' to my mom who btw loves it, no complaints from her.
