Terrible. Made my hair flatter somehow

People keep raving about this brand and I’ve never gotten it, despite several tries. This is another big fail. Tried this on second day hair (I have oily hair, but it wasn’t a slick or anything). Followed the directions and it was a crunchy rat’s nest immediately and looked completely flat and disgusting. I scraped it into an extremely uncomfortable ponytail for the rest of the workday and washed it as soon as I got home. I think I can officially be done with Living Proof. Just spend a little more and get Oribe.

Wonderful product when it sprays

This product works wonderfully if you can get it so spray and if you use it as recommended. First, I was fortunate to have another hair product with a similar sized sprayer that I was able to swap out with the original sprayer. The original sprayer did not get clogged. It just didn't work. Next, I achieved wonderful volume and hold that lasted for days when I first blew my hair dry upside down until it was 90% dry and then round brushed it to achieve a smooth style. On the days that I chose to use a curling iron, the style held for several days. This is the best volumizing product I have ever used. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the sprayer

Finally found a product that is lightweight enough, but actually makes a difference in volume got my fine hair! Smells great, however they need to update the spray pump. It seems to stick and I’ve heard this happening with Any other bottles

Product works... with alot of work

It does give volume but as someone else mentioned, your hair gets crunchy if you don't comb it through properly. The nozzle is terrible. Things I did to make this product work. 1) Run hot water on the nozzle before you use it each time. It clogs. 2) Work the product section by section. You need to partition your hair, spray, comb through, heat style and repeat. If you try to Spray it on your whole head and blowdry, your hair WILL get tangled. 3) When dry, comb through your hair with a dense brush (like boar bristle) to break up the clumpy crunchy sections. After I do all that, my blowout and hair looks amazing for 3 days. But it's alot of work. I'll finish the bottle and won't repurchase.

Never order again

Tried this. Product is awful. Doesn’t do what it says it does. Pricey for a product that doesn’t work. I used to use LIving Proof Texturizing Spray about 3 yrs. Ago. It was great but then they changed their product line and this was the closest to what I thought would work for me. Just awful and for The $ I spent, I’ll never buy again.

HG product, bad sprayer

As others have noted, the nozzle gets clogged constantly. Still, there’s no scent after it’s dried, and it really does add volume and improve texture, so it’s negligible. I’ve used it to blow dry my hair after each wash for years now.

I bought this because I had another product I liked by this brand. This product is very difficult to spray and the results aren’t that noticeable that it’s worth it. I feel like my hair gets greasier faster after than usual. I will not be buying this product again.
