It is not very moisturizing, and it made my eyes dry. Hyaluronic Acid is the last ingredient, which means it is the smallest amount added of all the other ingredients. Foreo needs to add more moisturizing ingredients to the balm. It glides on easily and also helps with dark circles. I will put a different eye product on top of this one for moisture.
