Blaze is perfect for summer
I have light warm olive skin. I also have rosacea so I typically stay away from red blush, but I was curious about the shade blaze. I use a wispy natural haired brush and apply very sparingly to get that sun flushed look. The finish is blurring and there’s a slight radiance, not flat matte. I have melasma too so any added SPF protection is a plus for me. The only thing I’m not happy about is that the blush expires in less than a year. I hope Ciele comes out with some lip products and eye shadows!

Watch out for expiration date
I ordered this blush in the shade crush in June 2026, and the expiration date for the blush I received was 04/2027. That’s only about 10 months where the product is good to use. In general, I expect my products to be good for at least one year. It’s especially important to pay attention to the expiration date to ensure the SPF is effective. I reached out to Ciele and asked if I would be getting a fresher batch of product if I ordered directly from them. They reassured me that I would be getting the freshest batch, and typically the expiration date is about two years out. So I returned the blush to Sephora and ordered two blushes directly from Ciele - again in the shade crush and also shy. I was disappointed that the blush in crush I received also had an expiration date of 04/2027! The blush in shy was 12/2027. The formulas and shades are lovely so I decided to just keep them both even though the blush in crush will expire sooner than expected.
