i only got a sample of this to try and every time i’ve sprayed it on i’ve got a ton of compliments from everyone around me. My friends would turn and ask “who just sprayed perfume it smells so good” and it would always be me… with this perfume. definitely getting a big size of this

Am sephora insider and have the app. I recently place an order through the app online and added some fragrance to my order was very excited to try them. only to received my package and they two scents the sample bottles were drained of fragrance. Disappointment because as a customer im expected to recieve accurate and filled samples that was offer with my purchase. this is not the first time the happened and I think something needs to be done to correct this. I reached out the an agent chatting they said they cant replace the items because policy states that they cant just send samples. I dont understand this. because im this customer i made the purchase and youre telling me you can rectify with replacement. I dont feel reassured of placing an order online and receiving sample if they're going to be delivered defective. dissatisfied with how it was handled and packaging. Sephora do better. Give customers better options.
