This is one mask I have been waiting for! My neck and chest are always neglected! The mask sheets are huge which is excellent, they are full of serum and have little to no smell. They made my skin feel nourished. I didn't see any tightening or wrinkle reducing effect, it was mostly a soothing moisturizing feeling. I popped it in the fridge overnight so it felt refreshing and cool.But whatever you do, don't move! You should put this on laying down. The sheets have this awesome texture that you think will keep it from falling but the moment you turn your head the whole thing plops off. After they fell off twice, I tried to get them to smooth out and had no luck. So whatever you do, lay down.

Tightened Up/ Hydrated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kept this on while doing my makeup, so probably 15 minutes or so. I didnt notice anything right away but in pictures I could tell everything was a just a little bit tighter looking. I also love how much skin this 2 piece mask covers. I brought the neck one up higher so it covered my entire under chin area and jawline. Ill probably use these whenever Im getting ready to go out somewhere like dinner or an event.

Exceeded my expectations
I wasn't sure what to expect with this product when I added it to my order. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and applied the masks, which form onto your skin very easily and stay snug on your neck and chest. My skin was incredibly soft and smooth after removing the masks. The serum absorbed well, leaving me with silky, hydrated skin. It was a whole experience and really felt like self-care. I will absolutely be buying more.

Not what I expected
I tried a lot of patchology and I liked all of them. I hoped this type of patches will be similar by texture to eye patches but they are very wet and leaky. May be they work but you need to put a lot of towels around yourself which is not convenientand i had no timevfor this project. I guess it is ok to do in bathtub but I haven't tried this method yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can say I enjoyed using the Firm Believer neck and decollete treatment masks. My skin definitely did look smoother after using it. I took away a star because you certainly have to lay down completely still because it will definitely slide off. I will have to get more masks to see if the effects are long lasting, but the immediate effects lasted about 5 hours. I used it to prep my skin for date night with hubby ! Will buy again for sure.
