It works for me but I don't have an puffy eyes generally. Only if I haven't slept well, etc. I find it refreshing and cooling. It is sticky and doesn't absord right away but I do my makeup in stages and don't use concealer under my eyes anyway so this doesn't bother me.

Good
I like this. It does depend, but isn't really antiaging. It needs to set to soak in prior to any makeup application. My spouse uses it and loves it. He will not admit that either. I like the roller ball in it, but I do have sensitive skin and eyes. It can be a tad irritating if I use it too often. I think it may be the Vitamin E in it. Which is not for everyone.

I bought this for my husband but use it myself occasionally. It does really de-puff fairly well. the downside, mentioned in several reviews, is that it's sticky. when I use it, I usually do on days when I don't wear makeup. when I do need to apply makeup, I layer a more moisturizing eye cream on top of this one, then I can actually apply concealer. my husband likes it.

amazing
Its been one day so I may
update this; but first look and it visibly reduces the bags under my eyes and almost eliminated lines beside my eyes from rubbing and pulling on the gentle skin so much. I have very sensitive skin and this hasn’t effected negativity at all yet.

Sticky
I tried many de-puffing products and this one is the worst out of all. It is extremely sticky and none absorbent. Other products provide cooling effect and this one just like glue. Horrible waste of money

Works For Dark Circles!
I have fair skin and my dark circles were purple, just really dark! I saw the great reviews and gave it a try. I love it! I’ve tried a lot of eye creams, gels, and masks but none have worked like this one. I must admit though, during the day I use this one, and at night I use the Laneige Eye Sleeping Mask. I bought them at the same time so I’ve been using them for the same amount of time. I don’t know which one is helping the most, all I can say is that you should try this combination, too! My dark circles have gotten lighter and no other product had ever done that, not even the one’s that were a lot more expensive than this or the Laneige Eye Sleeping Mask. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Metalheads only
My impression is that this product works, it made my eyes seem less puffy and dark, yet it also irritated my skin, which doesn't seem much of a tradeoff. This could be related to the applicator, which is basically three steel ball bearings. Not sure if the supposed cooling effects of steel bearings are worth it. If they ever decide this product doesn't require shoving metal into your eye, I'd reconsider buying it. For now I gave my mostly-full tube to a co-worker.

Not the best
Previously, I used the Baxter California eye complex and loved it but thought I'd switch things up after reading the reviews for this eye balm. Though I wanted to love this product, unfortunately I will be returning it.
I have not noticed any results, not with de-puffing or cooling for that matter. The "balm", which is more so a thin liquid is also quite sticky and does not really dissolve into the skin nicely. Will definitely be going back to the Baxter eye complex or might try the Clinique Men's one that Sephora offers.
