The only acne treatment ever! A little goes a long way with this, I’ll put a small amount over new acne I notice forming, and it will almost be gone by the morning.

its effective in helping cystic acne that has come to the surface. but leaves the post acne pigmentation. however I am giving it 3 stars because every time I open the container the cap is so sharp on the rim that I get cut deeply trying to twist the cap off. i have tried to use a tissue or towel as a buffer but it can slice right through it. please be careful opening!!!!

It has helped clear up my blemishes but not the best in the market.

It broke me out on day 2 of use. That's why I gave it one star but for others it may work wonders.

This product is my holy grail. I have used half of the bottle and can confidently say it works. It takes 2-4 days for the deep pimples to surface and then leave. There’s a tingly sensation when you put it in but it’s goes away once it dries.

This did nothing for my blemishes, deep or otherwise. I don’t have a lot of acne, but I get regular superficial spots and the occasional deep pimple that you can’t quite see yet, but it’s definitely brewing. After 3 months of using this, I’ve not found it to be helpful in clearing any sort of blemish. It isn’t drying, nor do I see any negative affects on my skin, but it isn’t helpful in diminishing the look or feel of blemishes at all.

Unfortunately, this treatment didn’t work for me at all. I used it consistently, but it didn’t reduce inflammation or help with any of my breakouts. I really wanted it to work, but I ended up disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. The formula just didn’t show any results on my skin.

I bought this product myself and am not incentivised in any way for this review. I've been having terrible hormonal acne and I haven't had much of an issue with acne in 6 years. One of the products I tried made it even worse and after seeing the pictures with this I found it on sale and decided to give it a try. Salicylic acid really doesn't do anything for my acne, but that's ok because the big thing that's working for this is the steroids. In my mind it's what makes this something revolutionary in the field of over the counter acne medication. I put it on at night and when I wake up a lot of the redness and swelling has reduced. It works better for smaller breakouts and redness, I still use a pimple patch on bigger breakouts, but it's definitely a noticeable difference in the overall inflammation of the skin that accompanies acne This does wear off a bit as the day goes on and I don't get as much of a reaction if I use it nightly, but using it a couple nights a week has really helped calm down my skin and improved my skin barrier. It has a tiny bit of a smell that fades immediately. I use a q-tip to apply this after my serums but before my moisturizer. DO NOT dip the same end of the q-tip back in, use the other end or a different one. I didn't notice any irritation with this, but everyone is different so patch test and start slowly. It's a little pricey and obviously the results can fade for me but after almost a month I find it works best for me in the evening 2-3x a week. Despite that, this is definitely something that I will have to always have on hand because like I said I don't really know anything else like it and it does definitely work.

I have deep cystic acne breakouts and I will say this helps. My break outs calm down by morning after I apply it at night but if course it doesn’t fully get rid of them- even with continuous use. It has an intense cold feeling and smell.

I rarely write reviews, but this product genuinely surprised me. I was dealing with severe stress-related breakouts just two weeks before my wedding, and nothing seemed to help. To my amazement, this product significantly reduced my acne within two days and even helped fade the scarring. I’m so relieved and impressed!
