I’ve been using this product consistently for about two months, and I love how hydrated and defined it leaves my curls. It maintains the definition but isn’t crunchy or hard at all. I also really like the texture/consistency of the gel. This product alone has made me want to wear my curly hair more often :)

As someone with fine hair, finding a gel that doesn't weigh my curls down can be a challenge. That's why I love this product! It defines and holds my curls beautifully while still leaving my hair feeling light and bouncy. It's also my go-to for creating sleek slick-backs. It gives great hold without feeling heavy.

Unfortunately I hated this product as I had flaking and discoloration:whiteness

I have a mix of wavy and curly hair and this gel is absolutely incredible! It brought out more of my curl pattern, didn’t weigh them down, held the curl nicely when it dried but felt soft to the touch and wasn’t crunchy. The product isn’t think which helps with not holding down my curls/waves and it smells great. I bought a mini version of this product and will be buying the full size to use as the new gel in my curl routine.

This has been a game changer for my hair. The smell is gentle, its light weight, not sticky or crunchy, keeps hair from frizzing in the southern heat, and holds the curl beautifully. Makes me want to wear my natural hair down. Will continue to repurchase this!!!

This is one of my favorite gels. Oddly, I haven’t gotten the other products from this brand that people rave about to work for me yet, but I’ll keep playing with them. Back to this gelee and everything I love about it: it has clean ingredients; application is easy with thin, easily distributed consistency and slip; defines; leaves my hair feeling natural with great movement (flexible film); best of all, plumps my hair into big, juicy curls. I have 3c/4a, fine, coarse-surface-textured, low-medium density, mostly medium porosity (with pockets of low porosity 4c hair at my temples), but I prefer bigger, plump, cloudlike curls and this gelee always comes through in terms of curl clumping (doesn’t shrink or tighten my curls like other, more rigid, stylers can). This, however, is not a one-and-done product because it does not provide the structure/hold I need on it’s own; for me that’s completely acceptable given what it does provide and I just pair it with a product that does provide some structure/hold. It’s also not going to give an ultra shiny finish; hair looks polished but has more of a natural or matte sheen, which I actually prefer (I love my hair to look polished, hydrated, frizz free, bouncy, but as close to nothing-in-it as possible). I wish I got more for the money because everything is so expensive these days, but still think it’s worth it (and I’ve tried hundreds of products).

I got this point as a 100-point perk, and I'm glad I did not pay for it. It did absolutely nothing for my hair. Zero hold or definition. I'll be tossing the rest and going back to my regular drugstore gel.

The reviews are not real, its bad flakes, smells so bad the only good thing is the bottle is nice but product is awful, get something else not even if it was free would i use it

Wanted to love it. Gives shine, perfect amount of definition without weighing down, but flakes so much I was found a light covering of the flakes all over my counter after shaking my hair out.

Loved this gel, super light weight and doesn’t leave any sticky residue! I have super thick hair and still helped keep every individual curl tight instead of clumping them together!
