Sticky jelly breaks easily

The product description is very appealing. I bought this after Skimm recommended it. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this product. The jelly broke off in weird bits that don’t blend well into the skin, even when using very gently. On the 3rd or 4th use, the top half of the stick broke off, so it’s basically unusable. I don’t find the serum itself to be anything special- I definitely don’t notice a cooling or soothing effect. If anything it leaves skin a bit sticky. I will be attempting to return this.

Bring back the old one

I don’t know why Milk keeps getting rid of the best products! first it was the milk vegan moisturizer and then the other blue cooling balm i miss the other one it was a solid blue and it felt so nice and lasted so long and wasn’t an annoying jelly

Water jelly products break :(

I really want to love the water jelly products that Milk makes but every time there are small bits that break off and the entire product detaches from the holder. This has happened with the jelly blush too. I gave two stars vs one just bc I like the other non jelly Milk products.

After 2 days, totally broken. I went for having a new one. And 3 days after, it broke AGAIN in 2 parts and one felt on the floor. Don't buy it. The product could be good but too fragile.

after using this product it doesn't do anything for your face no depuffing or soothing. It also is super breakable after my 3rd use it broke and the jelly part ripped so I went to sephora tl exchange it because it was within 30 days I got a new one and within a week it broke again so I got store credit for it. Would not recommend.
