When the neuropeptide hand cream was discontinued many years ago, I never found a hand cream that even came close. I had written to Dr Perricone, but had given up. Recently saw the cold plasma hand cream and gave it a try. Its very similar to the neuropeptide formula. In the winter I may mix a few drops of chia seed oil. The packaging is perfect. Lightweight for a handbag, dispenses just the right amount without waste, and sleek. Very happy.
