Chaos and confusion.
The seal on the bottle had been opened. It was either opened by a customer, or perhaps someone in the shipping department. The product leaked out during shipping. The body wash is supposed to smell like coconut. This is definitely not coconut. Im not sure what it is but it stinks. Macys issued a return, and the agent said I did not need to return. Now, I have received an email from Macys that I need to return it so I wont be charged. Whos on first?????
