Best eye brows pencil
I have been using the brow pencil (shade 204) since 2019 and purchased the cartridge for a few times. I am an asian with black hair tone and was suggested the shade at Clea de peau counter while in Japan. It gives you the most natural looking brow and effortless look. The quality is very outstanding.
