Suggested Usage:
-To create soft fullness, twist up Brow 1990 no more than 1 mm to prevent breakage. Use the precise tip to create soft strokes anywhere you want to fill in gaps or add definition.
-For a fuller brow, apply Brow 1980 Volumizing Tinted Eyebrow Gel-Pomade (sold separately) first to create volume and hold. Then, twist up Brow 1990’s precise tip and apply directly on top anywhere you want added definition.
