Raccoon eyes on everyone ! Stay away ! Embarrassin
This is the worst eyeliner I’ve ever used. I’m a Bridal Makeup Artist for over 20 years now and I’ve never been more embarrassed every time I use this product. Every single person came back to me needing a touch up with their eyes, completely smeared and raccooned the crazy part is I knew this eyeliner was giving me trouble so I only put it on the top part of lid , i did not put it on the bottom or in the waterline and they still had raccoon eyes. What an embarrassment then I tried setting it with some powder and still later they had raccoon eyes makes me look like a terrible artist.
