Too thick for me but a nice scent

I typically go to thicker body creams but this one takes the cake! It is extremely thick and not the easiest to apply yet I would assume it’s worth the effort for some. The scent was soft and very pretty but sadly I returned it. Spreading it after the shower was a real effort,

I have extremely sensitive skin and was a little cautious about using something collagen boosting, especially since others have had poor skin reactions with this product. I used a small amount for a test spot, then did a large area on multiple places. My skin did have an extremely slight and brief itch sensation while getting used to the collagen, then everything was great! The scent is lovely and long lasting, I recommend! Try a sample or travel size before committing to a $50 full size, like with anything else.

Mandatory lotion for me!

I have itchy legs — like my thighs itch so badly that I can’t handle it, and it hasn’t been helped by prescription ointments or lotions. This lotion is the only thing I’ve found that gives me relief, and it smells amazing!

Hives, just like many others here

I never write reviews but feel compelled for once. Please read the reviews for this product. Enough people have broken out in hives that you should weigh whether you want to take that risk. There are other products out there that don't have risk of allergic reaction every five reviews. I used this cream twice. The first time I got hives, but I wasn't sure if it was because of the product, or something else. The hives lasted almost two full weeks for me. A few months later, I tried the cream again but only in one area. Sure enough, two days later, I was covered in hives in that area. I've used other Sol de Janeiro products and loved them, but this particular one--if you don't know whether you'll react to it yet--is not worth the risk.

Smells good feels thick

Great smell it’s thick! You want to use it to layer with the spray and it smells good all day. They said when I got it that it has collagen I’m hoping to see difference on my skin. Collagen is large molecule so not easy to penetrate the skin barrier.

rash for a week

after using this product a rash appeared after 2 days. I tested it on one arm to make sure this product was the culprit. never had this issue before with any cream.
