I’m rather disappointed in this contour. It comes across as muddy. I’m still looking for a contour product, unfortunately.

I tried this after seeing it in a vogue beauty routine and I must say it’s truly perfect, I haven’t had any problems with it and it has just the right amount of pigment. Not to mention how smoothly it blends with the other products I wear!

I cannot get over this! I got a cooler-toned shade than I normally do in the Tom Ford cream bronzer, but y’all… the formula is the same. It blends like a dream and doesn’t look patchy. I did not want to pay $90 again for Tom Ford, and finding this was like finding a needle in a haystack.

I love the packaging. It makes it easy to access the exact amount you need for your contour. I would like to see this in a stick format also.

The pigment and color is perfection! Super easy to blend whether you’re under painting or overpainting and photographs so beautifully!

I carry this in my kit as a pro makeup artist and I will never carry anything else. It's so smooth and hydrating. It's not waxy like a lot of other cream products so it doesn't skip or become patchy. The undertones are fantastic and it has such a pretty finish. Price point isn't bad either!

The name Balm Contour is exactly what this is but not like any contour I've ever wrestled with before...it's magical! And not just for your nose and cheek hollows, either. I noticed when I first tested how creamy it is and expected another patchy slip n slide contour. Then it set. I wondered if it would behave like a liquid and dry to an ashen powder and flake off. It stayed..exactly where I brushed it light handedly. Did not smear or fly away. What kind of sorcery is this? So what the heck I decided to play and put some in my eyebrows (notorious for refusing too do right by me), eye hollows, and other places I wanted to create shadow. As long as the skin there was lightly hydrated, this stuff obeyed my desires, with no irritation, no greasy glops, just a silken shadow. Glorious! Well done, Danessa...I must go look at your other spells and potions. You have won my 57 year old make up skeptic soul in this cosmetic world of snake oils.

Yes yes yes! A little goes a long way which means you will have this for a long time- so really strong value. I have the blurring balm yummy powders in 7, 8, and 8.5 (in the pic I am wearing 8 under eyes& 8.5)
