This is a timeless wonder! It's clean, sheer, and sexy. Truly "alluring" you can't go wrong with the EDP or EDT version as both are gorgeous and have excellent strength and silliage. I used to sneak into my mother's bathroom to "anoint" myself in Allure, and even at 16, I would get so many compliments on the fragrance. I feel like I'm doing a public service when I wear and expose others to this fragrance(minimal spritzes are all that you need), and the compliments are endless and will literally include people chasing you to the elevator or following you through the store just to ask what lovely fragrance you are wearing. Women and men love this scent and I have had several men ask what I was wearing so they could get it for their wives. Perfect year yound fragance- especially if you wear both the EDT and EDP however, they are individually appropriate for any time, occasion, and clothing choice. This fragrance elevates your mood, style, and individual essence- creating an unforgettable signature in it's wake. This is all around beautiful, and not for the immature. You either get it or you don't. It's like if you know, you KNOW and others around you will be enriched because of it, and if you don't- I feel kind of sorry for you, but then again, I'm low key gatekeeping this gem so...

This is hands down my favorite perfume. This is the one I always want to reach for. it opens bright and a little sparkling and dries down to a warm, delicious base. It lasts about 4 or 5 hours on my skin and stays on my clothes until I wash them, so it has some life. I hope Chanel never stops making this perfume.

Allure has been my signature scent for almost three decades! I began wearing it when it first came out during my senior year of high school in 1996 and I still adore it!

This was the first bottle of perfume bought for me when I was 12 or 13 and I loved it. It was on my list and I was so excited-it started my fragrance love affair and journey. Not a typical scent for a tween but I wasn’t your typical is better than the WDP in this scent too. Such a pretty amber floral scent. girl! The EDT

The first time I smelled Allure about 10 years ago (the tiny bottle that you dab on, not spray) I was obsessed. Now, you can't get Allure in this form, so I got the Eau de Toilette. It's just not the same. I badly want Chanel to bring back the .25 oz parfum! But I will give it 4 stars because it does smell nice layered with Chanel No 5. One spritz of each is heavenly.

Do not blind buy this , the smell was horrible citrus and old powdery. I hate it one. If your age around 20-30 this not modern scent not for young people not this bottle.

Feminine, sultry (but not heavy), vanilla. First time ever buying perfume without trying it first, and was not disappointed. Description was spot on. New signature scent for SURE.

Classy and feminine! Sexy and it's on all day! I love getting whiffs throughout the day. Always get compliments. I also wear the edp. Both strong in lasting power! Love it...since it came out late 90s.

For the first 20 minutes after applying I was so bummed I'd wasted $85. It reminded me of fresh cut flower stems not the actual flower. I went about my day and something changed. There's now a sweeter softer almost musk that I'm loving.

I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s Chanel. This is not my favorite perfume.. I have other Chanel perfumes that I have and love.. this one is like in between for me. It’s very strong at the first spray. fresh and citrusy for few hours and dies down to a warm peachy vanilla scent. Not even floral. I don’t get too much of the vanilla but more peachy fruity vibe. I would say that it last about 5 hours??? I just sprayed once to test it out but I’m sure the more I use it the longer lasting it would be.. i purchased a 1.7oz. It’s very small.. almost like a 2oz bottle. I’m glad I hadn’t purchased the big bottle. It kind of reminds me of a body spray that I had wayyy in the past that is very similar to Chanel allure edt. But it’s not bad.. I can wear this everyday to work with out offending anyone...
