Great for night time
I received this for free for my honest and unbiased opinion. Lancôme Absolue Soft Cream has a luxurious, thick, and creamy texture that feels very nourishing on the skin. However, I found it a bit too oily for daytime use, so I only applied it at night. As a night cream, it worked well to deeply moisturize, but the richness might be too heavy for those who prefer a lighter finish.

I Keep Coming Back
I’ve been using this for about 3 years. I save it for when my skin is especially dry and nothing else works (winter). It’s so stupid expensive and I don’t even like the smell but darn, I can’t find anything as good. It’s super emollient. Like an oil in whipped form and it actually stays on my face instead of just sinking in. Im 48 and have dry skin and love the Extreme Cream by InnBeauty for everyday. I also like Magic Cream by CT but I keep coming back to this. During the holidays, they sometimes have a buy one get one free and that’s when I get it. The closest thing that I have found is Fentry Body Butta but that’s for your body and I’m afraid it would make me break out to put on my face (but just to give you an idea of how thick and wonderful it is). I started using Tretinoin and this has really helped my dry patches. If anyone knows of anything cheaper, please let me know.

LESS THAN MEDIOCRE FOR THE PRICE 😖
Okay, let’s face it.. there’s only so much a product can do. I get it. HOWEVER, this product, for the money was at best —> mediocre? I could spend way less (and I have) and end up with the same results. Sooo, with that being said, for the amount of money that is spent on a cream like this, why not just micro dermabrasion, or some other kind of medi spa service?? 🙄 But hey - live and learn. I didn’t expect miracles, but I what I did expect was more than mediocre. Very disappointing.

I love it!
This Lancome moisturizer is going to be a new addition to my skincare routine. I’m usually a user of Estée Lauder products, but this Absolue Rich Cream Moisturizer gives me the moisture I need in my combination skin while not being too oily. My skin is now softer and smoother after using for several weeks. The fragrance is a bit strong on the floral/rose side, but that is probably the only con. Otherwise, I love how it makes my skin feel and I am okay putting makeup on top of it. I love it!
