Suggested Usage: -Sharpen the eyeliner pencil before use for maximum precision. -Apply the eyeliner close to your lashes or along the waterline, moving from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye, or use it more liberally as an eyeshadow on your upper eyelid. -For a smoky look, blur the line and blend in the formula, using the smudger tip. -To sharpen, gently pull on the blending end to release the sharpener located on the other side. -Extend the tip around one centimeter before inserting it into the small sharpener. -Twist a few times to achieve a sharp tip for optimal precision.
