Do not buy this. It was horrible and it broke after third time of use

Derma rollers and derma stamps are $10 tops on Amazon. I don’t see any reason to pay such a premium for this one.

Very small needles. It can’t even penetrate the skin.

I only received the roller. No wand came with it. I as a customer feel like how am I supposed to use it without a wand. Either sell it as a one piece product or don’t even bother selling only the roller. It’s misleading. $22 is just for the roller.

It shows the entire roller here but all I received is the head piece. It’s not very clear as to which one you’re getting. It’s says on the box and my paperwork it’s the derma roller but it’s just the head. The box, paperwork and my invoice should clearly say it’s just the refill but it doesn’t. Thats misleading

The product itself is fine as a dermaroller, however if you are using this for your scalp and don’t have extremely short hair I would advise to buy a derma stamp instead. No matter what I did (holding down my hair, not rolling back and forth) this would still get caught on and rip and break my hair, which was counterproductive to wanting my hair to grow.

If you order from the app, which I stupidly did since I didn't realize that Sephora only provides full product details on their web version and not their app, then you should know that the app doesn't show that this is just the head of the dermaroller, not the fuller dermaroller itself. The app makes it seem like you will be getting the full dermaroller (and I have the screenshots to prove it before anyone tries to call me a liar). I'd love to contact Sephora about it, but their live chat option isn't actually ever available, and I only check it during times that it is supposed to be active. I don't know why they lie about having a live chat option when they actually don't. I can't call them currently due to issues with my phone. Last I will be ordering from Sephora. It is wild that it is 2024 and they still don't have their app configured correctly so that you get the correct item information from it. So embarrassing for such a big company. What a shady company.
